A message from the founder

Hi I’m Esben. After having spent almost 15 years in Corporate Learning & Development, I had an epiphany in 2018.

Back then I was studying to become a Mindfulness Meditation and Emotional Intelligence teacher and as part of the teachers training, I took part in a 5-day silence retreat in Sweden. At a point during the retreat participants were instructed to formulate an intention of participating in the retreat. Mine was to gain clarity of my future career as I felt stuck. Then we were asked to go out in nature and find a suitable sit spot and just sit there and wait for whatever answer to your intention would present itself.

It was at that moment the natural world kindly provided me with an answer: I was supposed to connect with the natural world for human and planetary betterment and in good service of that, to provide others with the same experience and wisdom!

It actually wasn’t a strange message… It was a very familiar message. As a child and teenager, nature played an important role as a close friend to me, who was always available, provided answers and never made any demands. A kind of soul companion.

It's was only later in my professional career it became clear to me why nature is the most powerful learning and development universe for us humans - because we humans are nature - WE ARE NATURE.

So dear fellow human being, welcome to a new way of leading in reciprocity with the natural world for a sustainable and abundant world!
